Mike Lemaire has been a student of martial arts since the age of 4, dedicating decades to mastering the discipline, focus, and perseverance required to compete at the highest levels. As a professional Muay Thai and Kickboxing fighter, Mike holds the prestigious WBC and WCK Muay Thai World Titles and won a Glory Kickboxing contract in a dramatic 3-round, winner-takes-all tournament.
Beyond his accolades in the ring, Mike embodies a lifestyle centered on routine, holistic wellness, and peak performance. His journey as an athlete led him to embrace ancestral nutrition and explore innovative approaches to health and fitness. As a head coach and personal trainer, he is passionate about sharing his champion mentality and empowering others to achieve their personal best.
