One of my favorites is: I deserve to prioritize my well-being. This "Seeding Self-Love" ritual helps me reset my nervous system. Slow and steady, I am rewiring my brain to handle challenging situations, strengthening my resilience and being more open to change.

For me, cultivating an abundance mindset begins with stillness. I find a sunny spot on my farm and sit crossed-legged. I take three slow, intentional breaths to clear my mind. I get quiet and spend a few minutes asking myself:

What would my ideal day look like from start to finish?
My “Planting Possibilities” ritual is about getting clear, tuning in, and planting real intentions I can grow from. Sometimes, I sit with a rose quartz crystal to help me stay centered. Other times, I stretch out on my yoga mat with an eye pillow, and let my body rest while my vision takes root.
This ritual helps me align my energy with my choices, empowering me to take intentional action to realize my vision for an abundant life.
