Return Process:

  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  3. Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at hello@ederra.com . Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  4. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  5. Processing Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
